I’ve always had a great love for fashion and helping people. While I've worked in various roles in the Fashion, Technology and Financial industries, my favourite part about working in fashion is helping people feel more confident in themselves through what they wear. I started Top To Toe Style in 2020 with the goal of helping people look and feel their best whilst shopping sustainably as well. I set up and managed the first dedicated Personal Shopping department at Harvey Nichols Dublin, which followed specialist training in the original Harvey Nichols flagship store in London with celebrity clients from the music, royalty and arts world which was a fantastic experience. Previous to that I helped many different types of clients in the Designer Rooms of Brown Thomas, Dublin and then as a Brand Manager for Armani, Anne Klein and Valentino. 

This all followed the big decision in 2000 to move back to my beloved Ireland after 9 years working in Paris (7 years in BNP Paribas bank while studying for my fashion degree at ESMOD a few years later). It was always my dream to work and study fashion in Paris ever since I was an 18 year old intern at UNESCO Paris, while studying French & Business in Dublin. At ESMOD I was very lucky to obtain two internships at Givenchy (to assist John Galliano for his Ready to Wear collections) and was called in a third time to help out Alexander McQueen and team for his first Haute Couture collection for Givenchy, it was all a wonderful experience!  In third year I was selected to be a personal assistant to Thierry Mugler for his Haute couture collection where I met some amazing people (one of his favorite models Petra has since become a close friend). 

After working for two years as a designer for YSL in Paris I was very lucky to win a scholarship as one of six people around the world to complete a Masters in Knitwear & Textile Design & Research in wonderful Florence, Italy.  Besides working in fashion, I also enjoy travel, piano, yoga, photography, nature and the outdoors.
